Bona Classic is a professional waterborne primer designed for use with all Bona varnishes. Suitable for new or freshly sanded wood floors, it performs especially well on end grain, softwood plank, hardwood, and floors with underfloor heating. With coverage of 8–10m² per litre (up to 50m²+ per 5L), it is highly cost-effective and easy to apply, even for beginners.

This elastic, non-yellowing primer enhances the wood’s natural appearance while reducing the risk of side bonding. It dries in 1–2 hours and can be top-coated with any Bona waterborne lacquer. Low in VOCs and eco-friendly, it ensures durability, strong adhesion, and excellent indoor air quality.
